Join us for a Policy Profile session with Jessica Whitley, whose unconventional path from a Studio Art degree to an M.P.A. at Syracuse's Maxwell School led to her current role overseeing arts and culture strategy, grants, and capital planning for the Borough of State College.
As President of the Pennsylvania Women Leading Government chapter and a member of the national SheLeadsGov Committee, Jessica will also speak to her work advocating for women in public sector leadership and navigating town-gown relationships in a college community. She'll share her career journey, followed by an open discussion with attendees.
