"Bullying Prevention: Evidence-Based Approaches in Schools"

Amanda B. Nickerson, Ph.D., NCSP, Distinguished Professor and Director of the Dr. Jean M. Alberti Center for Bullying Abuse Prevention, University of Buffalo, SUNY, will present the Tenth Annual Central PA Workshop on Evidence-Based Mental Health Services.

The workshop will explorea the essential elements of effective bullying prevention policies and practices in K–12 school settings. Participants will examine how bullying and related behaviors are defined and learn strategies for identifying, reporting, and responding to concerns.

Co-sponsored by the Penn State Psychological Clinic.
