The Labor School Author Showcase is an online event where authors can share their published work and engage in dialogue with practitioners from labor unions in Pennsylvania and the broader Penn State community. This year our speaker is Dave Kamper, Senior State Policy Strategist at the Economic Policy Institute and author of Who’s Got the Power? While sharing stories from warehouse and snack factory workers, teachers, autoworkers, flight attendants, and academics, this “optimistic book for horrifying times" takes "readers on a journey through the resurgence of the American labor movement.”
