Labor and Employment Relations majors are invited to attend this group career coaching session focused on preparing for careers in human resources.

By the end of the session, students will:

• Understand core HR competencies employers look for;
• Translate academic, volunteer, or work experience into HR‑ready resume bullets;
• Build a short, professional HR career narrative (elevator pitch); and
• Leave with actionable next steps for securing internships or entry-level roles.
