​You are invited to a unprecedented event featuring conflict resolution experts from around the country.​

The School of Labor and Employee Relations​ presents this session on the dynamics of negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and other forms of conflict resolution​

Conveners: Mark Gough, Hee Man Park, and Arthur Theotis Matthews ​

Speakers: Commissioners from a Washington, D.C.-based agency ​the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Arbitrators from Pennsylvania, New York, etc.​

Learning Outcomes​:
- Understand the advantages of negotiations, mediation, and arbitration​
- Absorb the latest trends in the Conflict Resolution arena including opportunities​
- Observe a simulated mediation​
- Network with experts in the field ​
