KerriLaine is the chief human capital officer for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission(CFTC). Since assuming the role in 2020, she has worked diligently to advance the strategic goals and priorities of the CFTC and partners with other federal financial agencies.

KerriLaine builds and maintains relationships with human capital and administrative leaders and stakeholders in the public and private sectors, and leverages these relationships to identify common interests and opportunities for collaboration. She has contributed to government-wide thought leadership and served as a featured speaker on federal human resources, mentoring, and leadership since 2015.
